Kitchen Designer ships kitchen hardware and fittings to addresses within Australia.
Delivery areas
We currently offer shipping to Australian addresses only. If you need delivery outside Australia, please contact us before ordering at sales@kitchen-designer.com.au.
Shipping methods and rates
Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and may include:
- Standard Shipping (Australia) — typically 3–7 business days depending on destination.
- Express Shipping (Australia) — typically 1–3 business days to major centres.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and start after your order is processed. Remote, regional, and Northern Territory locations may take longer.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details when available after dispatch.

Duties and taxes
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it will be shown at checkout in accordance with Australian tax requirements.
Failed delivery and address errors
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery where an address error or failed delivery is not our fault.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly at sales@kitchen-designer.com.au so we can assist with a replacement or other remedy.
